The Resilience Engine is a leadership operating system built from 19 field-tested frameworks, organized in three levels: personal resilience, team systems, and strategic leadership in the AI era. Each framework includes why it matters, how to apply it, a field example, and a JSON template.
These are not frameworks invented in a lab. Fifty were evaluated for the manuscript; nineteen survived contact with real operations — plant floors in Central America, P&L turnarounds exceeding $450M, teams from 5 to 2,000+ people, and the week COVID collapsed 25 years of in-person leadership overnight.
